For the redesign of our website, we wanted to continue to improve the experience of the Pinnacle brand. We also wanted to ensure that we continued to celebrate our rich history whilst clearly embracing digital innovation. Pinnacle’s on-line experience is designed to reflect a company which is always changing and moving forward. There is a large amount of information to deliver on this site, so we had to find a way of making it all easily accessible, making the users journey as short and informative as possible in order to find out the information they need, which all fed off the back of the research we undertook with our customers.
