Inventory Control

We track all products at PO and SKU level. Visibility is established once a supplier has requested the required equipment. Information is then updated at your required milestones through to warehouse delivery. Using this information we can record product availability against FOB dates, ratio and quantity compliance.

Combining this with order status and UK warehouse stock position we can provide a valuable upstream and downstream view, recommending the appropriate action to optomise sales and control costs.
